Frequently asked questions.
Answers about SP Slim™, deployment timelines, public safety integration and how the Snatchool platform operates as community infrastructure.

What is SP Slim™?+
SP Slim™ is a 6'×2' pole-mounted outdoor communication display built as smart infrastructure — not digital signage. It operates public safety, property communication and a managed advertising layer on a single network.
Where can SP Slim™ be installed?+
SP Slim™ deploys on existing or new poles across cities, universities, hospitals, hotels, theme parks, casinos, retail centers and stadium districts.
How does Snatchool's public safety integration work?+
Emergency, weather and AMBER/Silver alerts publish to a priority channel that overrides other inventory. The platform confirms delivery and integrates with municipal and venue emergency management workflows.
Who owns the advertising layer?+
The property operates the advertising layer on its own brand and content standards. Snatchool provides the platform; the institution controls the inventory.
Is Snatchool a digital signage company?+
No. Snatchool Innovations is a communication infrastructure company. SP Slim™ is engineered as permanent outdoor infrastructure with coordinated safety, civic and operational channels.
How long does a deployment take?+
Timelines depend on site survey, pole inventory and power availability. A typical pilot moves from review to first units operational within a single quarter.
What power and connectivity does SP Slim™ require?+
Standard pole-mount power; cellular or fiber backhaul. DoorOut SolarCam™ adds a self-powered option for sites where grid power is impractical.
