Data Processing Addendum

This Data Processing Addendum ('DPA') supplements the Terms of Service between Snatchool Innovations LLC ('Processor') and the Customer ('Controller') and governs the processing of personal data by Snatchool on Controller's behalf.
Roles
Customer is the controller of personal data submitted to the Service. Snatchool acts as the processor and processes personal data only per Customer's documented instructions and this DPA.
Subject Matter and Duration
Processing is for the duration of the underlying Terms of Service and covers personal data necessary to deliver the Service (portal accounts, campaigns, invoicing, support).
Security
Snatchool implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data, including transport encryption (HTTPS/TLS), role-based access controls, audit logging, and least-privilege server configurations.
Subprocessors
Customer authorizes Snatchool to engage subprocessors for hosting, database, email, analytics, and payments under written agreements imposing comparable data-protection obligations. A current list is available on request.
Data Subject Requests
Snatchool will provide reasonable assistance to Customer in responding to verified data subject access, correction, deletion, and portability requests.
Breach Notification
Snatchool will notify Customer without undue delay of any confirmed personal data breach affecting Customer's data and cooperate on investigation.
Return / Deletion
Upon termination, Snatchool will return or delete Customer personal data within a commercially reasonable period, subject to legal retention.
International Transfers
Where personal data is transferred outside the country of origin, appropriate transfer mechanisms will be used as available under applicable law.
