These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Snatchool Innovations LLC websites, customer portal, partner portal, APIs, and SP Slim™ services (collectively, the 'Service'). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and be responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for authorized users of a business or public-sector organization.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.
Content and Campaigns
You retain ownership of creative content you submit. You grant Snatchool a limited license to host, transmit, and display your content on SP Slim™ networks as needed to deliver campaigns you authorize. You represent that you have all necessary rights to the content you submit.
Fees and Billing
Fees are described in your order form or portal invoices. Amounts are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund / Billing Policy.
Service Availability
We aim for continuous availability; see our Service Level Policy.
Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Snatchool's aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue lies in Broward County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted with an updated date.
